What happens after I enquire?

I'll reply with availability for an initial call. We'll discuss your climbing background, goals, and which plan suits you best. There's no obligation, it's just a chance to see if we're a good fit.

Do I need a home fingerboard or gym access?

I'll tailor your plan to whatever you have access to. Whether it's a home setup, gym membership, or outdoor climbing, we'll make it work around your situation.

Can you fit this around busy weeks or travel?

Absolutely. Your plan is built around your real schedule, not an ideal one. During the goal-setting call, we'll discuss your commitments, travel plans, and schedule to tailor the 12-week plan around what actually works for you. If you're on the membership, we can adjust as life happens.

What does "message support" mean?

If you're on the Complete Coaching Membership, you can message me between our monthly calls with questions about your training, technique, or any challenges you're facing. I aim to reply within 24 hours.

Where and when does the in-person session happen?

The in-person session is arranged with every 4-month block of the membership. I'll suggest some available dates, and we'll arrange a location that works for you, typically a climbing wall or outdoor venue in the UK. Travel and entry fees aren't included, so we'll discuss this beforehand.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. If you start with the 12-week plan and decide you want ongoing support, you can upgrade to the membership whenever you're ready. For those on the membership, you have flexibility to cancel or pause for a month (both with 1-month notice), or switch to a 12-week plan if your needs change.
